Knife Edge Gate Valve
Purpose-built for slurries, pulp stock, powders and other media carrying suspended solids, our knife edge gate valve uses a sharpened gate blade to shear through settled material and provide reliable isolation, automated with our own pneumatic cylinder actuator mounted directly above the bonnet.
The compact valve-and-cylinder assembly keeps overall footprint small while giving full-bore, unobstructed flow when open, and can be paired with a limit switch box for remote position feedback on automated process lines.
